Sharmila Sherikar

Sharmila is a respected industry leader with more than three decades of experience in change management and corporate development programs. She brings in-depth knowledge in anchoring and executing transformation initiatives for strategic corporate goals ensuring seamless transitions. Her extensive familiarity in leading change management during mergers and acquisitions, and building capabilities and talent during high-growth phases, will be of immense value in enabling Sonata’s hyper-growth.

She has also managed large organizational restructuring programs and spearheaded efforts in DEI advancement. Additionally, she has worked on organizations’ initiatives with respect to business strategy and planning and internal transformation.

At Sonata, Sharmila leads all strategic corporate cross-functional change programs and corporate planning for Sonata. She focuses on defining, evolving, and driving strategic change programs that require cross-functional alignment, including value realization from the investments in these programs. These include programs like M&A Integration, One Sonata, Benchmarking, Investment Value Realization, and Vertical model build-out to name some.
