Balaji Kumar

Balaji comes with more than two decades of strategic and operational experience in the people and talent function across industries. This is his second stint at Sonata Software. He has earlier served as CHRO at One97 Communications (Paytm) , L&T Infotech (LTI) and Cholamandalam DBS. After obtaining his Masters in HRM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, he went on to work with some reputed companies across industries such as Hindustan Unilever, Coca-Cola, Citibank, Microsoft and the L&T Group. He has partnered with key stakeholders to design, deploy and deliver human capital interventions for better business results and organizational. he is a keen student of personality, culture and HR Excellence and strives to bring the best out of everyone for individual and team success.
